Mark Zindars, (date of birth November 4, 1980) convicted on September 23, 1999 of Possession with Intent Psilocin, was sentenced to six months in jail and six months license suspended. Mr. Zindars was granted a pardon on December 29, 2010, based on his extensive personal growth and development, positive adjustment, no objection from the judge, valid job concerns, and substantial need.
