AB926,38,22 20.375 (2) (aj) Environmental quality — laboratory certification. From the general fund, the The amounts in the schedule for the purpose of administering and enforcing s. 299.11. All moneys received from fees under s. 299.11 (9) shall be credited to this appropriation. During fiscal year 1984-85, the department may expend and encumber up to the amount specified in the schedule for this appropriation in that fiscal year notwithstanding the actual amount received from fees under s. 299.11 (9). Notwithstanding ss. 16.50 (2), 16.52, 20.002 (11) and 20.903, the department may report a deficit in this appropriation on June 30, 1985, or on June 30, 1986, and this deficit shall be considered an encumbrance on the appropriation under this paragraph for the subsequent fiscal year. The department may not report a deficit in this appropriation at the close of any fiscal year after the 1985-86 fiscal year.
