AB11-AA117,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB11-AA117,1,3 1. Page 60, line 5: after that line, on page 18 of the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, after line 13 insert:

AB11-AA117,1,7 "(dm) 1. The impartial hearing officer described under par. (d) 2. shall be appointed by the employment relations commission after the selection process described under subd. 2., and he or she shall have experience as a labor arbitrator or mediator.

AB11-AA117,1,12 2. The impartial hearing officer described under par. (d) 2. shall come from a list of 5 candidates who have the qualification described under subd. 1. submitted to both parties by the employment relations commission. The employer and the employee shall each eliminate 2 candidates from the list and the remaining candidate shall be the hearing officer.".
