I am writing regarding the vote on passage of SS AB 11 that took place early in the morning Friday, February 25th.
I was in the Assembly Chamber when the vote took place, however, I was denied the right to vote and represent my constituents. I would have voted to oppose SS AB 11, had I been allowed to vote. I would like the record to reflect that fact.

I was in my seat in the Assembly Chamber when the vote took place. However, I was denied the right to vote and to represent my constituents.
