I am writing regarding the vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11 which took place last Friday morning on February 25th, 2011.
I was in my seat in the Assembly Chamber when the vote took place. However, I was denied the right to vote and to represent my constituents. I would have voted to oppose Special Session Assembly Bill 11 were I allowed the opportunity to vote. I respectfully request that the record reflect this fact.
Sincerely,
Amy Sue Vruwink

Dear Mr. Fuller:
I am writing regarding the vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11 (SS AB 11) last Friday night, February 25th, 2011.
I was present in the Assembly Chamber at the time the vote took place but was not given the right to vote and properly represent the constituents of my district. Should the roll have been held open long enough for me to record my vote, I would have voted against final passage of SS AB 11. I would like the record to reflect this fact.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Sondy Pope-Roberts

Dear Chief Clerk Fuller:
I am writing regarding the surprising vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11 (SS AB 11) last Friday morning, February 25th, 2011, which was not presented to the body in the regular fashion.
I was present in the Assembly Chamber at the time the vote took place but was not given the right to vote, and thus my constituents were disenfranchised and not allowed to be represented. Should the roll have been held open long enough for me to record my vote, I would have voted against final passage of SS AB 11. I would like the record to reflect this fact.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Kelda Helen Roys
