Special Session Assembly Bill 2 and Senate Bill 2 relate to creating a nonrefundable individual income tax credit for certain amounts relating to health savings accounts.
S55 Special Session Assembly Bill 2 and Senate Bill 2 contain a fiscal note in excess of $10,000. Accordingly and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 16.47(2), I consider this bill an emergency bill, and I recommend that its passage by permitted prior to the passage of the budget bill.
