The Honorable, The Senate:
Senate Bill 4 relates to authorizing the designation of additional enterprise zones and requiring the designation of enterprise zones in rural areas.
Senate Bill 4 contains a fiscal note in excess of $10,000. Accordingly and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 16.47(2), I consider this bill an emergency bill, and I recommend that its passage be permitted prior to the passage of the budget bill.
