31. Page 6, line 22: after "(b)" insert "An occupant of a retirement home may
4vote in person at the polling place serving his or her residence or may apply for and
5cast an absentee ballot at the election in the same manner as provided for other
6electors of the municipality where he or she resides.".

72. Page 7, line 3: delete the material beginning with "An" and ending with
8"resides." on line 6 and substitute "The municipal clerk or board of election
9commissioners shall then provide the names and addresses to the special voting
10deputies to verify which residents are eligible to cast their ballots with the special
11voting deputies.".
