SB272-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB272-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after "certificate" insert ", except for the adoptee's given name at birth, if different".

SB272-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

SB272-SA1,1,5 "(c) Change the adoptee's legal name.".

SB272-SA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 17: after "certificate" insert ", except for the adoptee's given name at birth, if different".

SB272-SA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 17: after that line insert:

SB272-SA1,1,11 "3. After preparing a new birth certificate under subd. 2., the state registrar shall follow the procedure under sub. (6) (b) to impound all other birth certificates of the subject except the subject's new birth certificate.".
