10the information provided under subd. 2. par. (b). Those committees shall review all
11summary reports and reports of changes and recommended changes transmitted
12under this subd. 3. b. subdivision, conduct public hearings on those reports no less
13often than annually, and submit recommendations to the department regarding
14those reports.
