AB540-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB540-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 8: delete "The" and substitute " Subject to par. (c), the".

AB540-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AB540-AA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 343.15 (2) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB540-AA1,1,9 343.15 (2) (c) The liability limit specified in par. (b) applies only if the parent or adult sponsor has purchased an insurance policy, as referenced in par. (b) 2., and the policy is subject, if an accident has resulted in bodily injury or death, to a limit of not less than $300,000 because of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one accident.".
