SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 138

SB138-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB138-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "offered on the American health benefit exchange".

SB138-SA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 4, and substitute:

SB138-SA2,1,6 "632.799 Information about health care plans. (1) Definition. In this section, "health care plan" has the meaning given in s. 628.36 (2) (a) 1.

SB138-SA2,1,11 (2) Information that must be provided. (a) To enable consumers to compare coverage among health care plans offered in this state, an insurer that offers a health care plan in this state shall provide access to information about the health care plan, in a clear and understandable form, such that consumers are able to determine all of the following with respect to the health care plan:".

SB138-SA2,1,12 3. Page 3, line 11: delete "qualified health" and substitute "health care".

SB138-SA2,1,13 4. Page 3, line 15: delete "qualified health" and substitute "health care".

SB138-SA2,2,1 5. Page 3, line 16: delete "qualified health" and substitute "health care".
