13(1) is subject to approval by the town meeting or by a referendum vote of the electors

2referendum vote shall be filed as provided in s. 8.37.

15the date of the special town meeting, publish a class 2 notice of the meeting under
16ch. 985. If notice is posted, the same time and content requirements apply.”.
