AB240-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

AB240-AA1,1,5 3“a. The individual is not enrolled in school or was not enrolled in the
4immediately preceding semester, for an individual enrolled in a grade from
5kindergarten to 5, is a habitual truant.”.

AB240-AA1,1,6 62. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9 and substitute:

AB240-AA1,1,9 7“49.26 (1) (ge) 1. b. During the immediately preceding semester, the individual
8was not enrolled in school or, for an individual enrolled in a grade from kindergarten
9to 5, was a habitual truant.”.
