Study whether the creation of a new school district under s. 117.105 (4m) 6
will have a disparate impact on limited-English proficient pupils, as defined in s. 7
“(e) A village may not proceed under par. (c) or (d) unless a study conducted 2
under s. 115.28 (10p) demonstrates that creating a new school district under s. 3
117.105 (4m) will not have disparate impact on limited-English proficient pupils, as 4
defined in s. 115.955 (7), enrolled in the eligible unified school district.”.
