AB64-ASA1-AA16,1,3 “ Section 1463j. 115.28 (10p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB64-ASA1-AA16,1,7 115.28 (10p) School district creation study; eligible unified school districts. Study whether the creation of a new school district under s. 117.105 (4m) will have a disparate impact on limited-English proficient pupils, as defined in s. 115.955 (7).”.
