6from judgments from any lawsuits filed under 2017 Wisconsin Act .... (this act),
7section 9128 (5w), for the purpose of awarding grants under s. 51.03 (7).”.

11award grants to county and local health departments that apply for a grant in the

Filing suit against opioid manufacturers. The legislature requests that
4the attorney general consider the appropriateness of filing suit against opioid
5manufacturers and submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature
