11from civil liability for any outcomes resulting from the administration of
12cardiopulmonary resuscitation or failure to administer cardiopulmonary
13resuscitation if all of the following conditions exist:

15cardiopulmonary resuscitation has been trained in accordance with the standards
16under sub. (2m) (b).
AB654-AA1,2,1817 2. The dispatcher provides telephonic assistance on administering
18cardiopulmonary resuscitation by doing any of the following:
AB654-AA1,2,2019 a. Using an evidence-based protocol or script as described under sub. (2m) (b)

AB654-AA1,2,2221 b. Transferring the caller to a dedicated telephone line, telephone center, or
22another public safety answering point as described under sub. (2m) (b) 2.

13. The injury claimed is not the result of an act or omission that constitutes
2gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct by the dispatcher or public safety
3answering point.”.
