Announcements, Adjournment Honors, and Remarks Under Special Privilege
Senator Shilling, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn in honor of Westby High School Boys Basketball coach, Bob Constalie. He will be inducted into the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame 2017. He’s been head coach for 27 years, since 1990, with a record of 441 wins and 256 losses. He is ranked 38th in Wisconsin coaches all time win rankings. Senator Shilling, would also like to adjourn in honor of Dave Boland of Seneca, who is also joining the Hall of Fame. A 29 year coach, who ranks 35th on the win rankings with a record of 455 wins and 212 losses. Their impact on young people both on and off the court is commendable.

We remember those emergency workers who helped the victims of Sandy and Katrina and especially those who, seventeen years ago on September 11, responded to the attack on the World Trade Center in New York.
