SB533-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

SB533-SA1,1,3 “ Section 1g. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB533-SA1,1,8 (1) The department of children and families may submit a request under s. 13.101 (4) to the joint committee on finance to transfer moneys from another appropriation account under s. 20.437 to the appropriation account under s. 20.437 (1) (dd) in the second year of the current fiscal biennium to fund adoption assistance under s. 48.48 (12).”.

SB533-SA1,1,10 2. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with line 6 and substitute:

SB533-SA1,1,12 “ Section 2m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

SB533-SA1,2,2 (1) Adoption assistance eligibility. The treatment of s. DCF 50.09 (1) (b) 1. and 2., Wis. Adm. Code, takes effect as provided in s. 227.265.”.
