1An Act to repeal 103.79 (1);
to renumber and amend 103.79 (2); and
to amend
2103.67 (2) (d) of the statutes;
relating to: minor golf caddies.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill allows minors who are 12 and 13 years of age to provide caddy services
without being employed by a golf course. Current law requires caddies who are 12
and 13 years of age to be employed by a golf course.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1103.79 The department may investigate and fix by general or special order

relative related to the
employment of provision of caddy
3services by minors
as caddies on golf courses. The regulations may include a waiver
4or modification of permit requirements for caddies. The investigations and orders
5shall be made as provided under s. 103.005. The orders are subject to review as
6provided in ch. 227.
