ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 224

AB224-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB224-AA3,1,5 1. Page 2, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute “election. The term of office of a supervisor is 2 years. If a spring election is postponed, the term of a supervisor shall continue until 2 weeks after the date of the postponed election or until a successor is elected and qualified, whichever occurs first.”.

AB224-AA3,1,9 2. Page 2, line 15: delete lines 15 and 16 and substitute “in April of that year. The term of office of a supervisor is 2 years. If a spring election is postponed, the term of a supervisor shall continue until 2 weeks after the date of the postponed election or until a successor is elected and qualified, whichever occurs first.” .
