AB365-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

AB365-AA1,1,4 “ Section 1m. 348.27 (9r) (a) of the statutes is renumbered 348.27 (9r) (ar) and amended to read:

AB365-AA1,1,12 348.27 (9r) (ar) Metallic or nonmetallic scrap for the purpose of recycling or processing on a vehicle or combination of vehicles which exceeds statutory weight or length limitations and for the return of the vehicle or combination of vehicles when empty. This paragraph does not apply to the transportation of scrap A permit issued under this paragraph is not valid on highways designated as part of the national system of interstate and defense highways, except for the I 39 corridor and the I 41 corridor to the extent permitted under federal law without any loss or reduction of federal aid or any other sanction.”.
