AB97-AA1,1,4 21. Page 2, line 6: after “district." insert “The notice required under this
3subsection may be provided by email only to landowners who have agreed to receive
4notice via email.".

AB97-AA1,1,7 52. Page 2, line 14: after “district." insert “The notice required under this
6subsection may be provided by email only to electors and owners of property who
7have agreed to receive notice via email.".

AB97-AA1,1,8 83. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB97-AA1,1,9 9“ Section 6m. 33.32 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB97-AA1,1,1110 33.32 (1m) The notices required under sub. (1) (c), (e), and (f) may be provided
11by email only to persons who have agreed to receive notices via email.”.
