SB35-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 2, line 3.

SB35-SA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 13: delete “or under s. 341.08 (2) (aj)".

SB35-SA1,1,8 53. Page 2, line 17: after “section." insert “The department may not disclose any
6information provided by an applicant under this section to any person except the
7applicant or a law enforcement agency, as defined in s. 165.83 (1) (b), as provided in
8this section.".

SB35-SA1,1,9 94. Page 2, line 17: after that line insert:

SB35-SA1,1,10 10“ Section 3m. Effective date.

SB35-SA1,1,12 11(1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 6th month beginning after
12publication.”.
