relating to: order of testimony at public hearings.

The resolution amends the assembly rules to provide that testimony at any
public hearing must be received in the following order: if the public hearing is on a
proposal, the author or authors of the proposal; members of the public and local
government officials; and state government officials and individuals registered as
lobbyists.

4Assembly Rule 14 (4) Testimony at any public hearing shall be received in the
5following order:

(a) If the public hearing is on a proposal, the author or authors of the proposal.

8accompanied by an individual registered as a lobbyist, the member shall speak
9before the lobbyist.
