These rules apply to the following organizations: the Department of Health and Family Services, the Division of Hearings and Appeals in the Department of Administration, ambulance service providers and emergency medical technicians-intermediate.
Some affected ambulance service providers may be “small businesses" as defined in s.
227.114 (1) (a), Stats. These rules implement new requirements, but any additional training costs are optional and there is no requirement to increase the current level of service provided.
