Objectives of the Rule
The department proposes modifying Chapter
PI 34, Wis. Adm. Code, to provide for license flexibililty, clarification, and other minor revisions. The rules may be submitted to the Legislative Clearinghouse as separate rule modification requests to address each of the above issues.
