(renumbered 47m. under s. 13.92 (1) (bm) 2., Stats.), 71.26 (1) (h), and 71.45 (1) (c), Stats., as created by
2011 Wisconsin Act 5, Tax 3.05 will provide for the administration of the job creation income and franchise tax deduction.
