Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rules to
The Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On December 19, 2014, the Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect ch. DHS 115, relating to screening newborns for congenital and metabolic disorders. A related emergency rule, EmR1410, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. The statement of scope for this rule, SS 057-14, was approved by the Governor on June 5, 2014, published in Register No. 702 on June 14, 2014, and approved by Secretary Rhoades on June 25, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
