On December 29, 2014, the Nursing Home Administrator Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

Statutory Authority: 

This proposed rule-making order repeals ss. NHA 2.02 (1), 2.02 (4) (Note 2), 2.03; renumbers s. NHA 4.01 (1) (d) as 4.01 (1) (d) (intro.); amends ss. NHA 2.02 (4), 2.02 (4) (Note 1), 4.01 (1) (c) (Note), 4.01 (1) (d), 4.02 (1) (c), and 4.02 (2) (a) 4.; and creates ss. NHA 4.01 (1) (d) 1. to 3. and 4.02 (3), related to entrance to examinations.

Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 098-14 was approved by the Governor on September 24, 2014, published in Register No. 706 on October 14, 2014 and approved by the Nursing Home Administrator Examining Board on October 24, 2014.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on February 5, 2015 at 1400 East Washington Avenue, Room 121C, Madison, Wisconsin (enter at 55 North Dickinson Street).
