PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT:         Mobile Air Conditioners; Reclaiming or Recycling Refrigerant

The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on April 22, 2015 in Madison.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 050-14, was approved by the Governor on May 14, 2014, published in Register No. 701B on May 31, 2014, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on July 23, 2014.
