[NOTE:   All citations to “Manual” in the comments below are to the Administrative Rules Procedures Manual, prepared by the Legislative Reference Bureau and the Legislative Council Staff, dated November 2011.]

2. Form, Style and Placement in Administrative Code

In s. PSC 135.019 (1), “the effective date of these rules” should be replaced with “the effective date of this subsection”. [s. 1.01 (9) (b), Manual.]

4. Adequacy of References to Related Statutes, Rules and Forms

In the effect on small business section of the rule summary and in the initial regulatory flexibility analysis, “s. 227.114 (12), Stats.” should be replaced with “s. 227.114 (1), Stats.”.
