Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 1, 2015, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter A-E 7, relating to practice, conduct, and continuing education. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 068-12, was approved by the Governor on September 7, 2012, published in Register No.681B, on September 30, 2012, and approved by Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Land Surveyors on November 18, 2014. A public hearing is required and will be held on July 30, 2015.
