Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On April 23, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters A-E 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, and 10, relating to land surveyor professional licensure.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 085-14, was approved by the Governor on August 22, 2014, published in Register No. 705A, on September 14, 2014, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors on September 24, 2014. A public hearing is required and will be held on July 30, 2015.
