Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 7, 2015, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters A-E 3, 4, 6, and 9, relating to entrance to examinations.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 073-14, was approved by the Governor on July 23, 2014, published in Register No. 704A, on August 14, 2014, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Land Surveyors on August 26, 2014. A public hearing is required and will be held on October 7, 2015.
