Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 9, 2015, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 210, relating to transportation network companies. A related emergency rule, EmR1518, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 047-15, was approved by the Governor on May 8, 2015, published in Register No. 713A3, on May 18, 2015, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on May 28, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
