On October 1 2015, the Optometry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 135-13, was approved by the Governor on October 15, 2013, published in Register No. 694B, on October 31, 2015, and approved by the Optometry Examining Board on June 5, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on October 29, 2015.
