TEXT OF RULE
SECTION 1.
SPS 321.40 (1) (a) is amended to read:
  SPS 321.40 (1) (a) Adoption of Standards. The federal Model Manufactured Home Installation Standards, 24 CFR part 3285, as in effect on April 1, 2013 December 1, 2014, is hereby incorporated by reference into this chapter.
SECTION 2.
EFFECTIVE DATE. The rules adopted in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month following publication in the Wisconsin administrative register, pursuant to s. 227.22 (2) (intro.), Stats.
