Rule Relating to Pesticide Product Restrictions; Fertilizer and Related Products; Commercial Feed; Soil and Water Resource Management Program; Wisconsin Food Code; Fair Packaging and Labeling; Selling Commodities by Weight, Measure or Count; Weights & Measures; Flammable, Combustible, and Hazardous Liquids; Petroleum and Other Liquid Fuel Products; Sales Below Cost; Direct Marketing; Residential Rental Practices; Cherry Marketing Order
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule relating to minor and technical changes to multiple department chapters.
The Department will hold one public hearing at the time and place shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until February 24, 2016, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Office of the Secretary at the address below, or to kelly.monaghan@wisconsin.gov.
