Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rules to
Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
The Department of Children and Families submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on February 16, 2016.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 142-15, was approved by the Governor on December 18, 2015; published in Register No. 720B on December 28, 2015; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on January 7, 2016. Analysis

A public hearing is required and will be on a date to be determined. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Family and Economic Security.
