Notice of Submittal of Rule to Legislature



On April 6, 2016, the Department of Public Instruction (PI) submitted CR 16-027, a proposed rule in final draft form, to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.



Pursuant to Coyne v. Walker, the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor’s approval for this rule. Coyne v. Walker, 2015 WI App 21, 361 Wis. 2d 255.
