Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
After the preparation of a draft economic impact analysis for this proposed rule, the Department widely solicited information and advice from business, business sectors, associations representing businesses, local governmental units, and individuals that could be affected. No information or responses were received that identified affected small businesses or gave any indication that small businesses would be directly affected.
