SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENT

Retail Food Establishments; Local Government Regulation

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) encourages the public to comment on the economic impact of this proposed rule relating to Retail Food Establishments; Local Government Regulation (Repealing and Recreating Ch. ATCP 74 Wis. Admin. Code), including how this rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. The comments will be considered when the Department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137.
