Notice of Hearing

The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services announces that it will hold a public hearing on the permanent rule SPS 360 which removes ambiguities and obsolete provisions relating to erosion control and storm water management at construction sites over one acre. The rule eliminates the current conflict between SPS 360 and NR 216.42. The public hearing will be held at the time and location shown below.
