NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to ss. 71.04 (8) (c) and 71.25 (10) (c), Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule repealing Tax 12.50 (3) (a) and (a) (Note) and subch. I and subch. II (title) of ch. Tax 20; consolidating, renumbering, and amending Tax 12.50 (3) (intro.) and (b); and amending Tax 12.50 (title), (1), and (2) and ch. Tax 20 (title); relating to property tax administration.

The rule may be reviewed with written comments to the contact person listed below no later than January 5, 2017. Written comments will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
