SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENT

Grain Dealers and Grain Warehouse Keepers; Milk Contractors; and Vegetable Contractors

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) encourages the public to comment on the economic impact of this proposed rule relating to Grain Dealers and Grain Warehouse Keepers; Milk Contractors; and Vegetable Contractors (Amending Ch. ATCP 99, 100, and 101 Wis. Admin. Code), including how this rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. The comments will be considered when the Department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137.
