SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENT
Livestock Facility Siting
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) encourages the public to comment on the economic impact of this proposed rule relating to Livestock Facility Siting (Amending Wis. Admin. Code Ch. ATCP 51), including how this rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. The comments will be considered when the Department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137.
