Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 29, 2018, the Wisconsin Department of Administration submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
The proposed rule affects Chapter Adm 95, relating to the Service Award Program for volunteer firefighters, emergency medical responders, and emergency medical service personnel.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 128-17, was approved by the Governor on December 15, 2017, published in Register No. 744A3, on December 18, 2017, and approved by Wisconsin Department of Administration Secretary, Scott Neitzel, on January 2, 2018.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Department of Administration building located at 101 E. Wilson Street, Madison, WI 53703.
