Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 13, 2018, the Nursing Home Administrators Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules revise chapters NHA 1 to 4, relating to requirements for licensure, examinations, and approval of educational programs.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 090-17, was approved by the Governor on September 1, 2017, published in Register No. 741A1 on September 5, 2017, and approved by the Nursing Home Administrators Examining Board on November 6, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for August 23, 2018.
